Job description
Salary-$60k-$75k
What You'll Be Doing
Manage customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
Process quotes, orders, and account-related documentation
Maintain accurate customer information within company systems
Monitor open orders and resolve customer concerns
Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights internally
Participate in occasional customer visits, industry events, and trade shows

During the first several months, the focus will be on:
Learning the company's products and capabilities
Understanding customer requirements and business processes
Building strong internal relationships
Transitioning existing customer accounts
Becoming a trusted resource for customers and colleagues

Recent College Graduate (within the last 3 years)

Monday through Friday
Consistent daytime business hours
Fully onsite work environment
Travel
Limited travel requirement
Occasional customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Travel frequency may increase modestly based on business needs
Technology
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is helpful, though specific platform experience is not required.
