Position OverviewThe Manufacturing Specialist 2, SAP performs manufacturing support activities to ensure compliant and reliable production. This role focuses on aspects of recipe configuration and troubleshooting related to Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) material transactions. This manufacturing facility will be 24/7 operational and the role may require flexibility with working days and/or nights and shift rotation.What You'll DoActs as Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) SAP business process ownerSubject matter expert (SME) internally and owns assessments as the DSM representative for all SAP S/4HANA global controlsPartners cross functionally internally and across sites to ensure consistency in application of major and minor for SAP S/4HANATrains and mentors DSM Documentation and support staff to support configuration of bill of materials (BoMs) in the manufacturing execution system (MES) to ensure SAP and MES BoM alignmentProvides technical support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and related modulesSupports recipe and BoM configuration related to material creation and consumptionResponds to user inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing systemAssists in the implementation, configuration, and upgrading of SAP S/4HANA systemCollaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve SAP S/4HANA-related issuesConducts user support and training to ensure efficient use of SAP S/4HANA solutionsMonitors system performance, ensuring optimal operation of the SAP S/4HANA platformMaintains documentation and provides reports on system performance and issuesStays informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP S/4HANA support, continuously enhancing knowledge and skillsOwns, performs, or drives documentation creation or updates related to SAP use in DSM and as part of recipe configurationSupports tech transfer within manufacturing domain with a focus on materialsEnsures compliance and safety procedures are followed in manufacturing environmentManages and supports change management records, investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement (CI) activitiesAssists and supports inspections and audits, providing support to ensure compliance within the manufacturing environmentPerforms other duties, as assignedBasic RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED with 12+ years of life sciences or business-related experience ORAssociate's degree in life sciences or business with 10+ years of related experience ORBachelor's degree in life sciences or business with 8+ years of direct experience OREquivalent/Relevant Military experience4 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA support or related ERP systemStrong manufacturing operations experience, with understanding of operations sequence and cadence of activitiesPreferred RequirementsBachelor's degree in life sciences or businessBio Works or BTEC Capstone cGMP courseworkEEO InformationFujifilm is committed to providing equal opportunities in hiring, promotion and advancement, compensation, benefits, and training regardless of nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, political creed, ideology, national, or social origin, disability, veteran status, etc.ADA InformationIf you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please direct your inquiries to our HR Department ( ).
