Associates are trained to work with a variety of tools, automation, and software while maintaining a safety first, quality first mindset.As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Operating and monitoring various pieces of equipment including rewinder, tape liner, packager, tape/braider, automation lines, test stations, wave solder, smart inventory, coating linesOperating multiple machines simultaneouslyRepairing, patching and/or splicing cable, hand assembly and sub assemblyReading basic job instructions for operating various machinesPerforming quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirementsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a high school diploma or equivalentHave a minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experienceHave ability to read and interpret routine instructionsHave ability to perform basic mathematical calculationsHave a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipmentHave the ability to operate material moving equipment/overhead crane and/or obtain the necessary certificationAbility to stand, sit or walk for long periods of timeWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
