Job description
Altria is seeking an Analyst Manufacturing (Finance) to empower the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling team in Richmond, Virginia. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights, delivering reporting, and supporting staffing decisions across IAM crafts in a unionized production environment.
You will staff the production centers, coordinate transfers, liaise with IAM union and management, track vacations and overtime, and present recommendations to leadership.
