Manufacturing SupervisorYou will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-time production while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost-saving targets.Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.Lead continuous-improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing production teams. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.Ability to drive results in accordance with scheduleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficientAbility to interface with customers on a professional level.Desired Skills: Supervisory experience managing production employees.
