Manufacturing Supervisor 4th ShiftRochester, Minnesota, United States electronic Manufactuing, supervisor$ 60,000.00 - 80,000.00 (US Dollar)Manufacturing Supervisor 4th ShiftAssigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of assemblies and subassembliesAnalyzes production schedule and assign jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery datesPlans work assignments for group on basis of priority and worker skillsAssigns duties to workers and evaluate worker performanceImplements company policies and proceduresExamines product according to knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptabilityReviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap and maintenance costsReviews work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements, requisition tools.
