If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoUphold Essity's Beliefs and Behaviors.Ensure the safety performance of employees and serve as a role model. Promote a safe work culture, identify and correct safety hazards and unsafe acts, and take timely action. Have daily contact with employees regarding safety.Oversee shift performance, including productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost control. Establish priorities and encourage continuous improvement using the zero loss flowchart. Identify needs and measure items impacting productivity. Ensure accurate reporting of performance KPIs.Communicate expectations to employees and evaluate performance. Share knowledge and ensure its transfer within the team.Enforce company policies consistently. Participate in training and development of new employees.Direct, coach, and train employees to improve skills and stimulate growth.
