Job description
AM General in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Supervisor - Manufacturing III on a contract basis to lead hourly production teams and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate staffing, and partner with other departments to meet manufacturing goals.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and 5S.
