Manufacturing Supervisor – Manufacturing
Richmond, Virginia - (Commutable from: Midlothian, Henrico, Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, Colonial Heights)
$75,000 – $85,000 + New Industry Training + Progression to Operations Manager + Performance Bonus + Profit Sharing + 23 Days PTO + Excellent Benefits
Are you a Manufacturing Supervisor looking to join a stable, growing company where you will receive specialist industry training and have the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager position?
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a small production team within a long-established manufacturing business. You will receive full training in a highly interesting and specialist industry while developing your leadership and operational management experience.

In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees within the company’s production department. You will manage day-to-day production, develop and train employees, monitor workflow and quality, and support continuous improvement across the operation.
This role would suit a Manufacturing Supervisor from any industrial manufacturing background who is looking for new industry training, long-term stability and progression into operations management.
The Role:
Supervise and develop a production team of approximately 10 employees
Oversee daily production, workflow, quality, safety and delivery performance
Receive full training in specialist manufacturing industry
Drive continuous improvement while progressing toward an Operations Manager position
The Person:
Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or experienced Team Leader
Leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing or plant environment
Looking for new industry training, long-term stability and career progression
