As part of our global team, you'll be empowered to make a real impact - on your career, your community, and the world around you.Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site Salary: $93,000 - $104,000How You'll Make an Impact Manufacturing Supervisor will lead, coach, train, and develop a team of operators and technicians. Our Manufacturing Supervisors oversee the day-to-day production areas under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) conditions. This includes planning and preparing for production, scheduling tasks, and assigning duties to operators to meet the production schedule, assess production records and meet release timelines to deliver quality product to the customers. The Manufacturing Supervisor sets the example of safety and compliance for their teams and demonstrate expertise and breadth of knowledge in executing processes across a variety of production activities. Oversees, coordinates, and controls manufacturing for a team. This includes job assignments, monitoring work activities, resolving problems, performance reviews and related items on a day to day basis. Immediately correct any unsafe work practices including Cardinal Rule Activates, PPE Use, Hazard Assessment, Procedure Use, 5S stations. Provide continuous feedback regarding quality and quantity of work performed by operations members Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and take corrective action. Interface with engineering, customer service, quality control, and other departments to obtain clear quality instructions, secure services and information. Schedule in urgent jobs and comply with revisions. Maintain discipline and employee morale. Check time card accuracy. Assist employees in planning, setting up and inspecting work. Must be able to provide feedback and coach employees on their performance and when necessary develop performance improvement plans. Maintain related records, files in up-to-date condition. Maintain office area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition. Follow established company/department rules and regulations and maintain quality standard. Perform other related duties as directed or as responsibilities dictate.Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success High School Diploma or GED 3+ years supervisory experience or relevant experience in an industrial setting Basic math skills – able to calculate gross, tare, and net weights Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to teach and coach others. Computer skills – must be able to use email system (Outlook), Internet training (Active Learner), MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP.
