Job description
nVent is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting for our Solon, OH manufacturing teams. You will source, screen, and hire for operators, technicians, and skilled trades, partnering with managers to meet staffing goals in a high-demand environment.
You will develop pipelines, promote the nVent employer brand, and monitor metrics to drive improvements while coordinating across HR and business partners. This hybrid role requires 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
