Job description
RISE Modular in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiter & Employee Engagement Partner to join our People Operations team. This role blends full-cycle recruiting with hands-on employee engagement to strengthen the workplace at our Owatonna facility and Plymouth office.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, non-exempt and professional/exempt roles, build strong pipelines, and partner with leaders to create engaging experiences that attract and retain talent.
