Job description
Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota—Rochester is seeking a Supervisor I, Manufacturing to coordinate assembly, testing and inspection of assemblies and subassemblies. You’ll analyze production schedules and assign jobs to line workers to meet delivery dates.
The role requires a 4-year degree, 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in leadership; you’ll lead a small team, implement improvements, and work with cross-functional groups.
