Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee a small, hands-on production team supporting high-impact communications and advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will plan and coordinate daily workflows, allocate resources, and ensure output meets strict quality, safety, and schedule targets. You’ll train and coach staff, track key production metrics, and drive continuous improvement in processes and standards. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure complex, time-sensitive deliverables are produced accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.
