Manufacturing Team LeadWe're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to help drive daily operations on a fast-paced production line for a truly unique product.If you have 2–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity to step into a role with real responsibility and impact.What You'll Be Doing:Leading and supporting a team to meet daily production targetsUpholding safety, quality, and 5S standardsCoaching team members and resolving issues on the floorManaging KPIs, inventory tracking, and continuous improvement effortsCompensation: $20–$27/hour (DOE) + 2.5%–5% performance-based bonusWe're looking for someone who's grown from the production line and is now ready to lead—or someone ready to grow even further in a stable, forward-thinking company.
