Landscape Forms Job OpportunityPay: $17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays) Enjoy a consistent overnight schedule with Fridays and Saturdays off.Who We Are: At Landscape Forms, the work you do matters. Safely use tools, machines, and required protective equipment. Move materials and work around production equipment, including hot ovens. Check parts and products to make sure they meet quality standards. Help keep production running by supporting different work areas as needed. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.Criteria for Success: Show up ready to work every day. Care about quality and attention to detail. Enjoy learning new skills. Work well independently and with a team. Take pride in craftsmanship. Are willing to help wherever needed. Can work overtime when production demands require it.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills. Basic math skills. Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes. Reliable work history. Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Lift up to 50 pounds. Stand and move throughout the shift. Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
