Assist with training new employees within the applicable areas assigned. Help maintain a productive and motivated work environment.What you'll bring:High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in a program where you are working toward this goal.Ability to read and write. Ability to comprehend/understand/follow written and verbal instructions and all work related documents.1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment.Must be proficient with department related manufacturing equipment and quality tools.Ability to manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings.Experienced with Epicor ERP or a related manufacturing ERP or MRP system.Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with othersPreferably you'll bring:Aerospace Manufacturing experience.EEOPioneer human services is an equal opportunity employer of minorities/women/individuals with disabilities/protected veterans and does not unlawfully discriminate under federal, state, or local laws.
