Manufacturing Tech III Manual WeldingJob Type: Operations Location: Dyersburg, TN Starting Pay Rate: $26.25 Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10 Hour DayJob Summary: The Manufacturing Tech III will primarily be responsible for the manual welding of parts and other duties will include but are not limited to the following:Loading and unloading of parts into fixturesInspect materials to insure conformity to specificationsMeasure and Inspect conformity of parts to printsWork efficiently to meet daily department performance goalsRequirements:Self starter – ability to work with minimal supervision, above average attendance, ability to perform basic skills (reading, writing, math), above average communication skills, safety oriented with no prior safety violations, demonstrate good housekeeping rules and procedures, exhibit diplomacy with management, and peers, ability to work extended hours as needed to fulfill orders daily, train additional personnel as needed, assist in other areas of the plant as needed.Specific Qualifications Include :Strong mechanical aptitudeAbility to accurately use measuring instruments (calipers, square, micrometer, etc.)Ability to use hand and power tools (wrenches, screw drivers, etc.)Ability to lift 50lbs, frequentlyManual welding experience required.Compensation & Benefits :Rough Country offers competitive pay with opportunities for annual increases, advancement and great benefitsBenefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) participation & matching contributions, paid holidays and paid vacationsAdditionally, all employees automatically participate in the Rough Country Associate Participation Plan (RCAPP), a unique equity-like program that gives all employees the opportunity to participate in the Company's growth and successRough Country is a Drug-Free WorkplaceRough Country LLC, located in Dyersburg, TN, is a customer-focused provider of aftermarket products servicing the truck, SUV and UTV markets.
