Manufacturing Technician IVWe are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician IV to assemble, manufacture, and refurbish complex products, components, and sub-assemblies. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, has strong technical skills, and enjoys being a go-to resource on the manufacturing floor.What's In It For You?$23–$28/hour, based on experienceMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMNo weekendsTemp-to-hire opportunityOpportunity to work with complex products and assembliesBuild technical skills across multiple product familiesWork independently and take ownership of production tasksOpportunity to serve as a subject-matter expert and resource for the manufacturing teamWhat You'll DoAssemble, manufacture, and refurbish complex components and productsUse hand tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, torque drivers, and hex wrenchesPerform detailed assembly tasks including trimming materials and applying labelsWork with adhesives, oils, power tools, and moving parts as neededUse ERP systems, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Confluence to track work and documentationManage multiple production tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlinesProduce high-quality assemblies across multiple areas of the manufacturing lineMaintain quality, safety, and production standardsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required2+ years of related experienceStrong understanding of manufacturing products and processesAbility to work independently and serve as a technical resourceDependable, punctual, and safety-mindedAbility to read and understand written work instructions in EnglishBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and fine motor skillsExperience with multiple manufacturing areas or product families preferredReady to take your manufacturing skills to the next level?
