Our plants are hand-grown in carefully controlled environments designed to minimize unwanted chemicals and pests, keeping the cultivation process as natural as possible every step of the way.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling various forms of cannabisOperate equipment as needed and dictated by the processAdherence to manufacturing processesMaintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directedContinuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to: Safety and security of employees and product Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license Quality of product and packaging On-time delivery and customer service Process performance Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunitiesAdditional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadershipQUALIFICATIONSProduction experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desiredGood interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a teamDetail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires itExcellent communication skillsMust be able to handle constructive criticism and guidanceMust have reliable transportationADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is requiredMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)Must have valid driver's licenseMust pass a comprehensive background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed aboveThrough extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workdayEnvironmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variablesWORK SCHEDULE40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
