Job description
Manufacturing Technician/ CIP/ SIP TechnicianInterface with area leadership and other support groups to execute cleaning processesProvide immediate feedback to area leadership on process deficiencies or delaysDemonstrate respect, encouragement and teamwork to peers to complete daily tasksMaintain prompt time management around start/stop and breaks with a focus on timely task completionMust pass and maintain gowning qualification required to access the manufacturing controlled areasMust perform all related cleaning processes per current proceduresPerform daily equipment cleaning, set up, and disassemblyPerform visual equipment cleaning inspections and must be able to identify "cleaned" and "used"Must be able to understand and follow cGMP; QSR, USP and ISOPerform additional production support tasks as assigned including cross-trainingReconcile all materials into and out of the manufacturing controlled areasSupport department and plant Safety goals by continuously demonstrating safe behaviorAbility to work flexible shifts, and flexible days within the week to meet requirementsDocument entries clearly and legibly per good documentation practicesPerform in-process data entry reviews and support resolution to deficienciesPerform math operations to determine formulation requirements and reconciliationsHigh School diploma or equivalent. Degree in related science a plus1 to 2 years of cleanroom experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical/Biotech industryBasic computer skills for email and data entryMust be able to lift 50-60lbsMust read, write and speak in English, and communicate clearly and conciselyFundamental understanding of mathematics and chemistryAble to participate in a team-oriented environment, willingness to assist and train othersAble to work independently with minimal supervisionUnderstand product flow, equipment cleaning and its impact
