Job description
Manufacturing TechnicianOperation of upstream / downstream / central services processing equipment according to established SOPs. Job Responsibilities (to include key result areas, specific accountabilities, tasks, etc.):Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities.Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification.Follow and execute cGMP documentation.Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.Adhere to AstraZeneca values and behaviors.Other duties as assigned or identified.Essential:0-1 yrs experience with High School DiplomaAbility to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasksAbility to comply cGMP standardsMust possess computer skillsAbility to follow instruction and directionsDesirable:BS/BA degree preferredDegree in STEM fieldPrior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environment
