Job description
Manufacturing TechnicianSeeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, and SPRs in accordance with cGMPs.Operation of upstream / downstream / central services processing equipment according to established SOPs.Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs.Related operations include but are not limited to solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities.Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification.Follow and execute cGMP documentation.Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.Adhere to values and behaviors.BS/BA degree preferredDegree in STEM fieldPrior experience or exposure with aseptic/cGMP standards and environment0-1 yrs experience with High School DiplomaAbility to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasksAbility to comply cGMP standardsMust possess computer skillsAbility to follow instruction and directionsShift time: Day Hours: 6am-6:30pmHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
