Job description
Manufacturing Technician IILocation: Foxboro, MA (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour on W2 Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMResponsibilities:Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.May participate in the analysis and correction of field returns or unusual test problems.Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.Collects and plots data related to statistical process control, and work with engineering, production operators and supervisors to improve efficiencies.Uses the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area.Must Have:Experience with IPC610, PCB, Solder Training, Solder Certificate, Circuit BoardTypically requires a high school education or equivalent and one to three years of experience.
