Your work will contribute to crafting products that save lives and improve global health!Work Schedule: Second Shift (Afternoons)Environmental Conditions: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Location/Division Specific Information: Southwest Charlotte, NCCompensation: $21.93/hr starting wage + 10% Shift DifferentialPTO + health and welfare benefits starting day 1Shift Information: 2nd Shift/Afternoon (8 hours)- 2:00pm - 10:00pmMonday - FridayMust be willing to work overtimeOccasional weekend shifts requiredA day in the Life:Operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipmentFollow safety and quality protocols diligentlyCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issuesThis role is located in our manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, where we produce lifesaving Liqui-Cel ContactorsKeys to Success:Outstanding attention to detailAbility to compete in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of teamwork and collaborationMust be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screeningEducation: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferredFamiliarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficialExperience in collaborating with safety and quality regulationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to determine and implement solutions effectivelyExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPhysical Requirements / Work Environment: This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating machinery.
