You'll be:Setting up molds on operating injection molding machines and making precise adjustments to auxiliary equipment to support production requirementsOperating and maintaining manufacturing and packaging equipment, including chillers, mold heaters, conveyors, and Yushin robotsRemoving molds from machines, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting and replacing hoses, and ensuring proper water circulation through molds by connecting hoses and setting valvesCollaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met and quality standards are maintainedReporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Production ManagerThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)Bring 1-2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment (required)Possess experience with auxiliary equipment such as chillers, mold heaters, conveyors, and Yushin robotsHave familiarity with crane operations (preferred, but not required)Demonstrate strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safetyAre available and reliable for 2nd shift workOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
