Manufacturing TechnicianMicrochip Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the CSAC (Chip Scale Atomic Clock) department. The role involves assembly, testing, and inspection in a cleanroom environment. Microchip offers comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly in a cleanroom environment.Operate semi-automated surface mount pick and place equipmentConduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.Requirements/Qualifications:Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.Experience with micro components and precision microscope work.Basic computer skills for logging data, reviewing documents, emailing, and online training sessions.Wire bonding and/or adhesive bonding experience helpful, but not required.U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
