Manufacturing Technician - Pharmaceutical OperationsAre you mechanically inclined and passionate about solving technical challenges? This role offers the opportunity to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize sophisticated manufacturing equipment in a highly regulated environment while building a rewarding career in the pharmaceutical industry.Key responsibilities include:Operate, set up, and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.Execute manufacturing operations that transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.Generate, complete, and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation, including batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets, protocols, change controls, and Quality Tracking System (QTS) records.Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation.Perform equipment operation, routine maintenance, operator care, and basic troubleshooting activities.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Support the operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments.Collect, analyze, and report operational performance metrics.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and compliance.Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.Required qualifications:High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or similar).OR Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related issues.Valid driver's license.Physical requirements include:Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 55 pounds as needed.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, respirators, protective suits, and facility uniforms.Ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers who enjoy working with complex equipment, value quality and precision, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Why join us?Work with cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing technology.Develop valuable technical and troubleshooting expertise.Gain experience in a highly regulated, quality-focused environment.Contribute to products that positively impact patient health and well-being.Build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. overtime as needed.
