Manufacturing TechnicianFieldBridge is looking for a Manufacturing Technician in Rosharon, Texas to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay is $19.00–$24.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities may arise during high-volume periods, particularly Q4 and Q1 | At $24/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,320 gross.Position Overview FieldBridge is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support hands-on assembly and production operations for a leading energy sector client. This role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and reading technical documentation. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and room to grow are strongly encouraged to apply — prior industry experience is flexible.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical assembly tasksRead and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagramsTroubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issuesFollow production documentation including work instructions and assembly proceduresMaintain quality and safety standards throughout productionRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience preferred (automotive mechanics, machine shop, or assembly/manufacturing backgrounds welcome)Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagramsBasic Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint-based instructions)Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands and tools
