Manufacturing TechnicianContract-to-hire | Eagan, MN | $18–$26/hour (DOE)4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm)We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth and hands-on training.Responsibilities:Operate standard shop equipment (chop saw, drill press, grinder, etc.)Perform general assembly and machine operation tasksRead and follow shop drawings and work instructions (training provided)Conduct basic in-process measurements and quality checksAssist with routine equipment maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport material handling, including forklift operation (training available)Prepare finished goods for shipment (counting, packing, palletizing, wrapping)Assist with additional shop and production tasks as neededQualifications:Some experience in manufacturing, production, or an industrial environmentAbility to use basic hand and power toolsComfortable standing or sitting for extended periodsAbility to lift to 40 lbsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood communication skills and ability to work well on a teamSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionElectrical or wiring experience is a plusBenefits:Health & dental insurancePaid holidaysMN Earned Sick & Safe TimePaid Time Off (PTO) for long-term contractors401k for long-term contractorsKonik is an equal opportunity employer.
