Job description

Responsible for maintaining and inspecting raw grinding, finish grinding, raw materials blending, calcining, clinker cooling, coal mill, and auxiliary equipment to ensure proper operating condition. Also assists in the operation of equipment. Conduct regular visual inspections of weighing, grinding, blending, conveying, kiln, and cooling equipment to ensure proper operation. Monitor material flow from raw material storage to mills, silos, kiln, and clinker storage, ensuring continuous and proper movement. Operate valves, slides, and gates to control material flow as directed by the Shift Supervisor. Measure and report bin, tank, and silo levels to the Shift Supervisor or Control Room Operator as required. Assist with preheater tower and kiln inlet scaling and perform minor equipment repairs when needed. Support maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and communicate any malfunctions to the Production Supervisor. Maintain clear communication with incoming and outgoing Production Teams and Supervisors regarding equipment status and operating conditions. Operate heavy equipment including wheel loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, forklifts, and manlifts as required. Must be able to work constantly rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
