Join The CRP Team!We are currently searching a technician to be responsible for inspection and testing of a variety of manufactured products as well as be a support role for several areas of manufacturing, including but not limited to; shipping, quality and assembly. The salary range begins at $14 -$15 /hr depending on experience. Medical Plan with employer contribution to deductibleWellness programsPaid Time Off 18 Accrued days to start!!!Great people who live our Values!Essential Functions:Perform product appearance inspection and function test duties.Understand product failure reasons and be able to identify the relative work stations.Identify and report defective products or questionable conditions to the supervisor.Document inspections and testing result per SOP.Additional Responsibilities:Maintain the work area and test station in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulationsInform co-workers and report supervisor with product defects.Requirements:Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructionsEffectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organizationPossess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionPerform basic visual quality inspections on productsMaintain the production pace of other team membersUtilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform dutiesWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:May be required to stand for long periods of timeMay involve some repetitive motionsMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsMay also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containersDo to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and coldDISCLAIMER: This information describes the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this job.
