Job description
Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Tool Assembler to build, fit, and assemble tools and components used in electrical and lighting product manufacturing. In this role, you will read blueprints and work instructions, operate basic hand and power tools, and ensure all tooling meets quality and safety standards. You will inspect parts, perform minor adjustments or rework, and accurately document production data. Working closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams, you’ll support continuous improvement, maintain a clean, organized work area, and follow all EHS procedures in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
