Job description
WestRock Company in West Chester, OH is seeking a Technical Trainer to support local training, partner with the Learning & Development team, and ensure certification readiness for Operators and Craft roles.
You will be the primary trainer for new hires and seasoned teammates, conduct training across shifts, and help develop content and measurement of training effectiveness.
This role emphasizes safety-mindedness and hands-on knowledge to improve performance across the plant workforce.
