You will strengthen plant capability by onboarding, upskilling, and certifying production operators on SMT assembly lines, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Through collaboration with operational leadership and engineering, you will build critical production skills, close skill gaps, and manage training administration via Workday.What will you do?SMT Line Training & Onboarding:Train new hires and current operators on SMT manufacturing processes, standard work, and line operations.Deliver hands-on instruction for critical production positions, including Final Inspection (FNI board inspection), Final Inspect AOI (loading boards into test fixtures, scanning, starting AOI, passing boards into ESD trays, and placing in carts), and ICT (loading boards into test fixtures, scanning, starting tests, passing boards into ESD trays, and placing in carts).Skill Certification & Compliance:Conduct practical evaluations, maintain compliance records, and enforce strict adherence to ESD protocols, safety regulations, and IPC quality standards.Training Administration & Workday Management:Manage the creation, assignment, and tracking of training curricula and employee records within Workday LMS with a high degree of accuracy.
