Job description
The Campbell's Company in Franklin, WI, is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the design, delivery and governance of our employee education programs. You will oversee a large team and drive onboarding, safety training, SOPs, SSOPs and Lean initiatives across the plant.
You will partner with department managers, develop OJT checklists, track education records and manage the training budget, while ensuring training aligns with our quality, safety and operational goals. Travel may be required.
