Job description
Voltage is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and continuously improve employee training and workforce development programs, with a focus on manufacturing readiness. You will partner with HR, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and other departments to identify skill gaps, establish training requirements, and ensure competency across operations.
