Manufacturing Utility AssociateManufacturing Utility Associate – Morristown – Days Shift: 6:45 PM -7:00 AM, 2-2-3 schedule Pay: Competitive hourly rate with shift differentials and quarterly bonusesYour ImpactAs a Manufacturing Utility Associate at Iconex, your work is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. By maintaining a clean and organized environment, supporting production teams, and ensuring materials are properly handled, you help power efficient manufacturing every day.What You'll Be DoingMaintain cleanliness throughout all production departments, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removalAssist press operators during job changeovers and equipment cleanupsOperate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials and wasteOrganize and dispose of corrugated and surplus materials for recyclingSupport general housekeeping of the exterior and dumpster areasFollow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support production and cleanlinessWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsBasic math and computer skillsForklift or clamp truck experience a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyReliable attendance and ability to work extended hours if neededGood communication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environmentWho We AreIconex is the industry leader in paper and labeling solutions that support daily commerce around the globe.
