Manufacturing Workers OpportunityCardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Manufacturing Workers for a large, well-known client in Defiance, OH. If you're looking for steady work, $17/hr pay, benefits, and the opportunity to get hired on permanently, this could be a great opportunity for you!As a Manufacturing Worker, you will play an important role in daily production operations by helping assemble, package, inspect, and prepare quality products for delivery to the end customer.Why You'll Want to Apply:$17/hr starting payTemp-to-hire opportunity12-hour shifts with a 2-week rotationDay & night shift opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision benefitsElectronic weekly payReferral bonuses available upon hireOpportunity to build valuable manufacturing experienceAvailable shifts include:Day Shift: 6am - 6pmNight Shift: 6pm - 6amWhat You'll Do:Pick, pull, and prepare orders while keeping the shipping and receiving area organized.Perform basic assembly, machine operation, and material handling.Use an RF Scanner to track and process materials.Perform pre-assembly setup and functions as needed.Inspect and pack products to ensure quality standards are met.Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts for distribution.Perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties.Report unsafe working conditions and follow all safety procedures.Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.Required Qualifications:Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Ability to work overtime as needed.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.About Cardinal Staffing:At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
