Unilock facilities are safe, modern, and fully automated production facilities.Utility PersonResponsibilitiesSafety: Perform the duties of Utility Person in a safe mannerOperations:Perform duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Plant ManagerLearn to drive the forklifts and cranesQuality controlHousekeeping:General cleanliness and tidiness of the work area(s)Participate in the plant clean up at shift's endSalary Range - $19 - $20 (Based on Experience) with the potential to earn a yearly bonusRequirementsThe Utility Person must be able to pass testing for and possess the skills and knowledge of the position of General Laborer, Quality Control, Strapper, and Forklift Operator.Requires standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Requires the ability to perform work with hands and/or arms in the same repetitive motion above and below shoulder levelThe ability to operate the Charging System to fill Raw Material Bins with aggregatesThe ability to load/re-load the Pigment Dosing SystemThe ability to operate the Front End Loader and ForkliftThe ability to relieve or substitute for the plant positions of General Laborer and Strapper, Quality Control for breaks, lunches, and vacationsThe ability to read and write the English languageCarry out other related duties as needed to meet departmental and organizational objectivesWhat we offer youHealth Benefits - Effective 1st of the month following start date401k Matching (after a year)Life Insurance, HSA & FSA plansWell-being SupportCharitable Contribution MatchingPaid Time OffYear-End Company-wide closure/paid time off
