EviscerationEvisceration DepartmentEvisceration SupervisorNoneAll other production departmentsKey ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety guidelines including wearing all required safety equipmentSafely and correctly remove all parts inside birdsWash and remove foreign material that may be left on the birdAbility to lift 10 pound birdsMust be able to properly use cutting equipmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments. Ability to tolerate hot/cold and wet environments.
