White Elephant Resorts in Nantucket, MA seeks an experienced Managing Director/Dockmaster of Marina Operations to lead daily and long-term marina operations at Nantucket Boat Basin.
The role combines hands-on leadership on the docks with strategic oversight of guest experience, safety, staffing, financial results, maintenance, and capital planning. Five years of marina management and hospitality leadership are required.
