Job description
Disney Cruise Line in Celebration, Florida seeks a Manager of Claims to lead a Crew and Guest Claims team, partnering with Marine Claims leadership to set and execute strategies while ensuring excellent guest experiences and brand integrity.
This role includes onboarding, coaching, stakeholder management onboard and shoreside, and handling complex investigations and subrogation. The successful candidate will supervise claims adjusters and drive timely, cost-effective resolutions.
