We are dedicated to hiring the most well-qualified people to join our team and are currently seeking a full-time Marine Mechanic .
nnJob Summary :
n Grand Banks Yachts Services Marine Mechanic should be familiar with Volvo Penta Engines, Volvo IPS Drives, Twin Disc Transmissions, Fischer Panda Generators and related software. Applicants should have troubleshooting and diagnostic experience as well as service and repair expertise.
nResponsibilities:
nnTroubleshoot, diagnose, service & repair Volvo Engines, Volvo IPS Drives and Fischer Panda Generators.
nUtilize Vodia to diagnose Volvo Systems.
nDiagnose & repair DC Systems.
nDiagnose & repair Raw Water-Cooling Systems.
nPerform designated inspections, maintenance and repair of marine vessels.
nDiagnose mechanical problems and determine necessary repairs.
n nnQualifications:
n
nMinimum 3 years of marine mechanical experience.
nKnowledge of AC and DC wiring on vessels a plus.
nKnowledge of using the appropriate tools and equipment to complete the required tasks safely and efficiently.
