Mobile Marine Technician — Premium Marine Service Experience

nnMarco Mobile Marine is a new, premium marine service provider serving the Naples, Marco Island, and Goodland areas. Built by a boater who understands the frustrations of traditional service models, our mission is simple: deliver a “Ritz‐Carlton” level client experience while giving our technicians the respect, autonomy, and earning potential they deserve.

nnWhy This Role Is Different
nnYou won’t be micromanaged. You won’t be rushed from job to job. You’ll be the face of a modern, tech‐forward operation built around transparency, professionalism, and client trust.
nnOur fully automated service platform handles scheduling, reminders, agreements, credit card authorization, and invoicing. You’ll work from a brand‐new, fully stocked Marco Mobile Marine van and a company tablet that lets you scan parts directly into the client invoice, upload before/after photos, and tap “en route” so clients receive real‐time updates.
nnThe infrastructure is already in place. You hit the ground running on day one.
nnWhat You’ll Do
nnnConduct routine maintenance and repairs on outboard engines and propulsion systems.
nDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a wide range of vessels.
nPerform installations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
nWork directly with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
nMaintain accurate digital service records using our automated system.
n nnWhat We’re Looking For
nnnProven experience as a marine technician.
nStrong diagnostic skills across engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
nFamiliarity with Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, or other major manufacturers (certifications a plus).
nAbility to work independently with professionalism and efficiency.
nExcellent communication and customer‐service mindset.
nWillingness to travel locally for on‐site service.
nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.
