Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Us Milicia Marine LLC is a growing G3 Boats, SunCatcher Pontoons, and Yamaha Outboard dealership . We service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems , along with selling and installing a wide range of marine accessories.As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.
Requirements n
nValid driver’s license with no restrictions (must be insurable under company policy)
nStrong communication skills to work with customers, team members, and vendors
nSolid time management and multitasking abilities
nWillingness to travel for training or service needs
nAbility to pass a background check
nComfortable working in boats and confined spaces (bilges, tight compartments, ladders, etc.)
nAbility to lift 70+ lbs and work in warm/challenging environments

nCompetitive pay ($27 – $50/hour, based on experience)
nYamaha factory in-person training to advance your skills
n4-day work week with 3-day weekends (four 10-hour shifts)
nBenefits after 90 days: health, dental, vision, and paid time off
nHoliday closures: Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day
