Marine Tech Apprentice

We are looking for an individual that has experience as a technician/mechanic. We are willing to train the right candidate. On the job training with the opportunity of paid schooling to earn qualifications. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow with company.
Job Duties:
Repairs and maintains boats and watercraft in marine service facility: Examines, diagnoses and repairs a wide range of marine engines.
Checks in and keeps Shop Foremen informed of on going service orders
Ability to rig new motors and set up new sales boats and watercraft
Helps maintain rental fleet
Works closely with Shop Foremen and other certified technicians
Qualifications and Certifications:
Experience as a service technician
Motivated
Attention to detail
Eager to learn and earn necessary certifications
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on certifications and experience.
Additional Compensation include; Commission, Bonuses, Store Discounts
Benefits: Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Flexible schedule, Tuition reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime in season, weekends required in Season
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
