A-Tech Marine Technician Opportunity in Bradenton, FL

What You'll Do
Diagnostics & Repair
Diagnose and repair outboard engines, inboard systems, and marine components
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs
Conduct inspections, testing, and sea trials to ensure quality workmanship
Rigging & Installation
Complete engine installations, repowers, and OEM rigging
Install controls, steering systems, electronics, trolling motors, and marine accessories
Perform electrical, mechanical, and performance upgrades to manufacturer standards
Service Department Support
Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
Maintain accurate repair documentation and labor operations
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities that improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser certifications strongly preferred
MMI graduates encouraged to apply
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systems
Productive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused attitude
Valid driver's license required

Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Saturday
Sundays always off
One weekday off
