Job description
AMERICAN SYSTEMS in McLean, Virginia seeks an executive VP for its Maritime business area. This role oversees a $100M-plus P&L and reports to the COO, directing strategy, program delivery, and growth with DoD Navy programs.
The VP will lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team, drive customer relationships, pursue adjacent markets, and ensure program success, quality, and compliance, while shaping enterprise-wide initiatives.
