Job description
ChenMed seeks an Associate Market Clinical Director to supervise Medical Directors across centers in the assigned market, guiding clinical outcomes and market earnings. The role blends leadership with direct patient care as a PCP or other clinical duties, allocated based on market needs and PCP capacity.
The incumbent will mentor Medical Directors, cultivate a physician-centric culture aligned with ChenMed's model, and support talent acquisition and development across PCPs, NPs, and physicians.
